Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with 12 named persons and 11 unknown persons. The victim in her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS has not taken name of the applicant. One co-accused, Mohd. Raza Alias Zaib, who was named in the F.I.R. and also his name was taken by the victim in her both the statements, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36329 of 2025, and as the case of applicant is not on the worse footing than that of the aforesaid co-accused, therefore, applicant may also be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
