Heard Sri Ashutosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Through the instant bail application, applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.511 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Nebua Naurangiya, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR. The applicant has been nominated in this case on the basis of extra-judicial confession made before a villager Nageshwar Gaur. There is no evidence against the applicant except his own confessional statement before the police as well as the said witness, which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. A
