This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicants seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 336, 436, 427, 504, 506, 323, 332, 353 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, and Section 3/4 of Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 08.07.2025.
