The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2020, under Sections 3, 5, 8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that in the aforesaid the applicant was released on interim bail vide order dated 13.04.2020 by the court below during the covid period. After release on interim bail the applicant could not appear before the trial court. Thereafter, the applicant applied for bail before the Sessions Judge, Saharanpur.
