This second bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Sessions Trial No.1675 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.52 of 2021, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, Police Station Khairgarh, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023 after considering the merits of the case but he is pressing the instant second bail application solely on the ground that applicant is in jail in the present matter since 21.05.2021 i.e. for almost four and a half years and therefore,
