The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Heeraman with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2018, under Section 363, 370, 372 I.P.C. and Section 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station-Lohta, District-Varanasi, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 30.06.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier applicant was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6463 of 2020, vide order dated 20.04.2020. But due to non appearance before the Cour
