The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicants, Shukul Ram and Vivekanand with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 37 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Raipur , District- Sonbhadra. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that 42 Kg. 989 grams of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicants. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicants.
