Heard Ms. Sujata Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Radhey Shyam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.465 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Etmadpur, District-Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Akash Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 35074 of 2025. It is further submitted that general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons. It is further stated that FIR is delayed by several days and there is no explanation to the said delay. It is further stated that during investigation, co-accused Akash is said to
