It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Akash Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 35074 of 2025. It is further submitted that general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons.
