Heard Sri Ankit Srivastava and Sri Mohammad Zakir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Chola, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The FIR itself is delayed by about 6 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The name of the applicant has come up on the informant of the villagers and subsequently CDR was procured whereby the applicant is stated to have entered into conversation with the wife of the deceased person from 10.01.2025 to 24.01.2025. The said frequent talking wit
