List has been revised. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Ram Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vivek Shukla, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.118 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Chhata, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up for the first time after one month and seventeen days of the incident that too in the statement of informant who in his supplementary
