Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Nagar, District- Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, but the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence.
