As per prosecution story, the applicant along with other co-accused persons have entered in the field of informant and assaulted his father and caused injury to him by sharp edged weapon whereby Bablu is stated to have fired at Jogendra and caused injury to him on 15.05.2025 at about 4:00 p.m. The FIR is delayed about 18 hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
