Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.178 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Atrauli, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused persons Akram, Monu and wife of the applicant are stated to have assaulted the sister of the informant by a hammer on 24.3.2025, thereby causing her death. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased person and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed
