The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.63 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed murder of the brother of the informant in the night of 28.4.2025 at the first floor of his house at about 10:30 p.m. After hearing gunshot, the applicant was seen with firearm weapon by the informant and the dead body of the deceased person was recovered from the house of applicant only in the gallery of first floor. 5.
