This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 219 of 2015, under Sections 364-A, 394, 411 I.P.C & Section 14 of Dacoity Affected Area Act, Police Station Samthar, District Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.11.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Sukesh @ Dadda Bhadoriya, Yogendra Singh Chuhan @ Chotu @ Pintoo Ganta, Roop Singh, Keshav Kumar @ Pandit & Subhash Alias Bahra, have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate
