The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 461 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 16/17 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS does not disclose the commission of any criminal act. He further submits that the applicant had not enticed away the daughter of the informant but in fact she had herself gone with the app
