The applicant-Adil has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.174 of 2024, under Sections 376(2N), 376(3), 506 I.P.C., and Section 5(i) (2) (i)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
