This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rajesh Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Criminal Case No.13884 of 2024, under Sections 17B, 18(a)(i) 18(c), 18A, 27(b)(ii), 27(c) & 28 Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945, P.S. Raipur, District Sonbhadra, during pendency of trial before the Court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent.
