Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. Police Station Khairgarh, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant and the other co-accused persons are stated to have tied down the deceased with rope and assaulted him with lathi and danda in the agricultural field on 02.05.2025 at about 4:00 p.m. The said incident occurred in front of the shop of one Munna Lal. The FIR is delayed by more than 5 and a half hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The prosecution story has been further escalated by the three witnesses namely Geeta Devi, Munna Lal and Durgesh who have stated that
