Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that on 27.05.2025 when he reached at his house he finds that his niece was weeping, when he asked, then she told him that today at about 6:00 p.m. when she was alone the applicant entered into the house and committed obscene activity with her, thereafter, he fled away. In the F.I.R. it has also been alleged by the victim that the victim told her that about 15 days prior the applicant had committed her rape also and threatened her for dire consequences if she tells this incident to anyone.
