The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant- Binder Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 47 of 2025, under Sections 8/15/29 of The N.D.P.S Act, registered at Police Station- Nanota, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial.
