GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim herself has lodged the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the victim has not made any allegation of rape against the applicant. In her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. the victim has stated that her marriage was solemnized four years ago and prior to her marriage on the alleged date when she was alone in her house the applicant came there, he caught her and after fallen down her on the bed, he disrobed her and made her obscene photograph and video and also touched her badly and thereafter, went away, he used to threaten her on phone by saying that he would viral such photographs, thereafter, on the day of her marriage
