In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that on 20.03.2025 his minor daughter aged about 14 years had gone somewhere without giving any information. When the victim was recovered her statement under Sections 180 BNSS was recorded wherein she has stated that on the alleged date she called the applicant and went with him on her own to Haridwar, thereafter, to Dehradun, where she stayed with him, whereas in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS she has alleged that on the alleged date she left her house on her own for reaching at Dehradun, where in the way the appli
