Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with his four other family members. The applicant is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the victim. In the F.I.R. the victim alleges that her marriage took place six years ago with the brother of the applicant, at the time of marriage sufficient dowry was given but her in-laws not satisfied with such dowry and they used to make demand of a four wheeler vehicle and on account of non fulfillment thereof the she was subjected to cruelty and mental agony and on 28.01.2025 when she was sleeping in her room along with her two children the applicant entered there and started flirting her with obscene activity with her, however,
