This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Shadab, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 352, 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Shahganj , District Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.5.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in this case may have been filed. He is in jail for more than six months.
