Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.91 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Alapur, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant has been nominated in the FIR simply on the basis of suspicion only. The informant suspected that the applicant and co-accused person Harvir had illicit relationship with the wife of deceased person, as such, all have been falsely implicated in the instant case.
