The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.341 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) and 238A B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge her on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is true that the deceased has expired within the precincts of the house of the applicant and he sustained seventeen injuries, but the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 01.12.2024 and she is ready to cooperat
