Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has refused that any rape has been committed, rather she has stated that on 10.01.2025, she along with owner of hotel namely, Anirudh, his wife, the accused- applicant and two boys had gone to visit Nepal where she stayed from 10.01.2025 to 13.01.2025. After the visit from Ayodhya Banaras, Kushinagar and Nepal, when she came to her home, the police raided the house and had stated that she is a sex worker and made pressure upon her to give wrong statem
