Heard Ms. Suman Sonkar, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Abhilash Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Ms. Suman Sonkar, learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegation against the applicant is that on 17.04.2025 at about 07:30 the applicant with a malafide intention entered into the informant's house and molest his daughter and the informant tried to caught him, the applicant along with co-accused had pushed and shoved him. Learned counsel has submitted that the victim is major and that she in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled allegation of rape against the applicant but learned counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the medical report wherein no mark of injury seen over the private part of the victim and the hymen is old torn heal
