Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.48 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 309(6), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Qutubsher, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have been seen by the informant rushing from the house of deceased person and when the informant reached the house, he found his grand-mother in a pool of blood and the trunk in the house was found empty on 18.02.2025 at about 8:30 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6.
