Heard Sri Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.48 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 309(6), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Qutubsher, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have been seen by the informant rushing from the house of deceased person and when the informant reached the house, he found his grand-mother in a pool of blood and the trunk in the house was found empty on 18.02.2025 at about 8:30 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6.
