GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., 164 Cr.P.C., as well as before the trial Court, she appeared as P.W.2 wherein she has stated that the applicant forcibly took her away on a motor cycle after slapping and threatening her at a lonely place in a room and had committed the offence. Learned counsel argued that the victim is was aged about 17 years at the time of incident and that the victim was got forcibly sat on a motor cycle as a pillion rider but she did not raise any alarm as such the entire prosecution story is false and fabricated.
