Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 15.03.2025 was lodged against three persons including the applicant. In the F.I.R. it has been alleged that on 12.03.2025 when the informant's daughter aged about 15 years went to an agricultural field to ease herself the applicant met her and asked that he loves her, thereafter, when her daughter slapped on his fact the applicant dragged her in the nearby field and committed her rape forcibly and also threatened her for dire consequences. There is a delay of two days in lodging the F.I.R. but such delay has not been explained. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim had reiterated the version of F.I.R. The
