Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named along with two other accused. The F.I.R. alleges that on 23.04.2025 she went to Ghaziabad to meet with the applicant, where applicant took a room where he behaved her very rudely, when she sat in a four wheeler two other accused were also present in that vehicle, and one accused also committed her rape while the vehicle was running. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS she had reiterated the version of F.I.R. The victim is a divorcee lady. The alleged incident took place on 23.04.2025, of which the F.I.R. was lodged on the same day and her medical examination was conducted
