Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with one named and two unknown persons. In the F.I.R. was lodged by the victim stating therein that on 04.04.2019 the applicant and one named accused entered her home and on gun point they committed her rape one by one and they also made video of such incident. Thereafter, on the threats of such video the applicant used to blackmail her he established sexual relations with her for four years and also took nine lakh rupees from her.
