At the very outset, Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel has submitted that his name has been shown in the cause list from the side of applicant, whereas he had filed his power on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Ashish Kumar Mishra and Saksham Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegation against the applicant is that he enticed away the minor sister of the informant. Learned counsel has contended that according to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., wherein she did not level any allegation of rape.
