Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Suresh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim and the applicant have solemnised marriage and out of their wedlock one child has also born. Learned counsel further argued that earlier the victim was illegally detained by her parents as such Habeas Corpus Writ Petitoin No. 836 of 2025 was filed before this Court, in which the co-ordinate Bench of this Court had issued notice and pursuant to which, the victim (corpus) appeared before this Court on 23.09.2025 and before the Court, the victim gave her statement that she is major and has solemnised marriage with the applicant in the year 2024 and she wants to reside with the applicant and the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide ord
