By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 157 of 2023 at Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 302 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 01.04.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 20.02.2025. The status report sent by the learned trial court records that the prosecution evidence is nearing conclusion. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out by the learned counsel for the applicant. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C./346 BNSS in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1135 of 2024 by order dated 20.02.2025, no further directions need
