The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.141 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Dubhar, District Ballia with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The informant instituted an FIR on 11.09.2024 against the applicant and two other co-accused persons stating that on 10.09.2024 at about 7:00 p.m., the applicant and other co-accused persons had assaulted his son with knife and committed his murder and the said incident was witnessed by Rahul Verma and Rohit Verma s/o Raghuvansh V
