As per office report dated 14.11.2025, notice issued to the first informant of the case has been served through heir upon the informant, thus notice is deemed to be sufficient. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is the brother-in-law of the victim. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., has stated that she was in relationship with the applicant since last five years and in the month of September, 2023 the applicant called her at Varanari, thereafter enticed her away to Surat, where she stayed in a room and physical relations were also established.
