The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Levi Uzochukw, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2023, under Sections 8, 21, 27, 27(a), 29, 37 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Beeta-2 Greater Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 46.200 k.g cocaine is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
