Court No. - 51 HON'BLE RAJ BEER SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 57 of 2020, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, police station Firozabad North, District Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were rejected by this Court on merits vide orders dated 08.12.2020 and 07.05.2022. 3. As per prosecution version, before the incident in question the daughter of first informant was kidnapped and raped by co-accused Aachman Upadhyay @ Chhotu and he was threatening the complainant to withdraw that case and he was also absconding. It has alleged that due to that reason on 10.02.2020 at 07:00 pm said co-accused Aachman Upadhyay along with applicant and two others
