The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 0175 of 2022, under Sections - 120-B, 364, 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station - Gajraula, District - Amroha, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 41321 of 2022. The second bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 22804 of 2024. 4.
