This is an application for enlargement of the applicant, namely, Jagannath Yadav on short term bail involved in FIR No.419/2019, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 324, 504, 506, 120B, 34 I.P.C. lodged at Police Station-Gosainganj, District-Sultanpur. 3. The applicant is incarcerated in District Jail-Bhadohi. Marriage of his only daughter is to be solemnized on 30.11.2025 as accepted by Sri Ravish Chandra Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State on the basis of instructions. Hence, this short term bail application. 4. The regular bail applications have already been rejected interalia noticing his criminal history etc, however, considering the fact that marriage of only daughter of the applicant is to be solemnized on 30.11.2025 at applicant's paternal house
