This is the second bail application. 3. The first bail application of the applicant being Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 32968 of 2021 (Anil Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P.) was rejected by this Bench vide order dated 13.12.2020. The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant-Anil Kumar Singh seeking release on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201, 120- B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Chunar, District Mirzapur. 4.
