Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR along with six other accused who are his family members. The FIR alleges allegation that informant's daughter marriage was fixed with the applicant from the last three years and in that period he made sexual relations with the informant's daughter several times and now the applicant and his family members have refused to solemnize the said marriage. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS the victim has reiterated the version of FIR by alleging that she is 24 years of age, she is a graduate, she knew the applicant for the last five-six years, she loves him, he had established sexual relations with her from last three to four years on the promise of marria
