Learned amicus curiae has filed supplementary affidavit on behalf of the accused. It is submitted that the accused does not have effective legal aid and he would like to engage another counsel to adduce further evidence in his defence. The applicant is permitted to move an application for further evidence before the trial court through counsel of his choice. In case such an application is moved the same shall be decided by the trial court in accordance with law. By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 432 of 2023 at Police Station- Masoori, District- Ghaziabad under Sections 392, 411, 414, 302, 307, 34 IPC and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act.
