The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 395 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Basti, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant does not propose to file any rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the State as well as informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is previous no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 22.10.2024 and he is ready to cooper
