Court No.2, Fatehpur in Sessions Trial No. 260 of 2012 (State Vs. Rama Shankar and 8 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 196 of 2005, under Sections 147 and 364 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali District-Fatehpur, whereby the accused/opposite parties-2 to 9 have been acquitted of the charges framed against them. 2. We have heard Mr. Sharad Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for appellant and Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. Ist alongwith Mr. Vishnu Kumar, the learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party-1. 3. Perused the record. 4 . According to the prosecution, an incident is alleged to have occurred on 28.03.2005, in which, the accused are alleged to have kidnapped/
