Omveer and 2 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 206 of 2019, under Sections 307/34, 323/34, 325/34, 326/34, 504 IPC, Police Station-Mahawan, District-Mathura, whereby the accused opposite parties-2, 3,4 and 5 have been acquitted of the charges framed against them. 2.
