The present appeal raises a challenge to the judgement of acquittal dated 11.09.2025 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Court No.2, Fatehpur in Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2012 (State of U.P. Vs. Laxmi and 2 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 229 of 2010, under Sections 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Malwan, District-Fatehpur, whereby court below has acquitted the accused of the charges framed against them. 2. Perused the record. 3. We have heard Mr. Anjeet Singh, the learned counsel for appellant- Ramesh Lodhi, who is the first informant and Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, the learned A.G.A.
